What Drives Success The primary functions of the Lead are to act as a support system, lead and monitor employees in the Dynomate department. Responsibilities Set up various strip line roll formers without supervision. Ability to forecast need material to ensure a continuous production line. Knowledge of metal gauges and types (i.e. Stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized). Ability to train other employees with the setup of lines. Adjust lines to specified blueprints/diagrams and read part prints. Work with the QC department as problems arrive. Must be able to work within multiple departments and run multiple machines. Communicate any issues that arrive effectively. Safely operate machines while maintain a clean and safe work area. Recognizes unsafe conditions or hazards within work area. Must be able to delegate tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For Additional Requirements: Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude a must Flexibility - Required to work minimum 5 days a week plus weekends and OT if required to support production and administration requirements Interface with management and production personnel as needed or required Knowledge of Word, Excel, & company ERP system preferred Education – Essential High School diploma or equivalent Experience Basic math skills Experience with various roll formers and strip line Minimum of 5 years set up experience Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Physical Requirements – Essential Must be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.00– $21.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
