TITLE: Assistant Fire Chief/Training Officer
DEPARTMENT: Fire Department
REPORTS TO: Fire Chief
SUPERVISES: Volunteer Firefighters, Training Staff

KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Fire fighting equipment and methods
• EMS equipment and methods
• The Department’s standard operating procedures
• Basic testing and training techniques and standards

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Experience: Extensive firefighting experience
Training: Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic.
