We offer nationwide coverage, so some travelling and overnight stays will be expected. Industry-Leading Training: Receive top-notch training to support our customers’ needs. As a Fire Door Carpenter, you will play a key part in delivering work for our customers. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out inspections to fire doors / door sets to ascertain their level of compliance. Carry out repairs to doors / door sets to make them compliant. Removal of existing doors / door sets and the installation of new ones Carrying out any required builders work when replacing doors / doorsets to leave the surrounding area in good decorative order. Offering valuable advice to customers and providing a high level of service Adhering to all risk assessments and health & safety measures on-site Ensuring any sites are left clean and tidy Completing other required tasks within the work site as required Fire Door Carpenter Requirements: Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points On-site fire door experience Formal joinery qualification such as carpentry and joinery NVQ Level 2 with fire door module or recognised fire door training with practical assessment Essential Experience in using reporting APPS to document the works -preferred Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for Fire Door Carpenter Benefits: Access to a company vehicle and fuel card.
