REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner with a specialisation in fire door installation and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of fire door regulations, building codes, and relevant industry standards.
• Strong carpentry and joinery skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
• Must have full driving licence

• Install, repair, and maintain fire doors, frames, and associated hardware in accordance with industry standards and BM Trada Q-Mark regulations.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify fire door deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure fire doors are integrated seamlessly into building designs and renovations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in fire safety regulations pertaining to fire door installation and maintenance.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and clients on fire door-related matters.
