APT are looking for an operations coordinator with Fire door knowledge. Your fire door expertise will help a growing team and play a key role in driving business growth

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in an operations role
• In-depth knowledge of fire door standards, regulations, and certifications
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent IT knowledge
• Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
• A fast learner with creative ideas
• Enthusiastic and positive
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In perso

• Booking and managing PPM’s, reactive works and planned works
• Quoting works
• Taking ownership of all jobs and accounts issued to you to the highest standard to ensure the job runs efficiently from start to finish
• Using Big Change to enter all jobs and track jobs entering all information needed to plan and schedule efficiently
• Creating and sending POs to suppliers
