ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced fire safety professional ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a dedicated Fire Door Supervisor to join our Fire Safety team and ensure compliance across a diverse property portfolio.
You will lead and support a team of Fire Door Operatives, oversee inspections, repairs, and installations, and contribute to policy, audits, and incident reviews.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE IS SOMEONE WHO:

• has strong, verifiable experience in building carpentry works, reflecting a high standard of professional skill.
• excels in a dynamic, customer-centric repairs service, ensuring rapid and effective resolutions.
• has essential, practical experience in managing or directly performing fire door installations and repairs, with full adherence to BM TRADA or other recognised industry standards.
• demonstrates sound knowledge of the Building Maintenance Industry, contributing to operational excellence.
• commands extensive knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation (including CDM and Asbestos awareness), ensuring complete compliance.
• consistently identifies and resolves complex fire safety issues with well-engineered solutions.
• offers proven experience in a similar, demanding role, effectively deploying their comprehensive skill set.
• exhibits a strong capacity to work independently while being a collaborative team player, with the flexibility to meet service demands.
• is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care at every touchpoint.
