Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Fire Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead on projects, managing both technical and commercial aspects to ensure successful delivery with a client-focused approach. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive bespoke engineering reports, conducting analyses, and proactively managing internal project reviews. Additionally, you will represent our company in external meetings with clients and Approval Authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage multiple fire engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Guide and support engineers and graduates on technical tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and pursue ongoing professional growth, including Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
  • Confidently address high-risk issues, consulting with senior team members as necessary to ensure appropriate resolutions.
