CFD Modelling & Technical Analysis * Develop advanced 3D CFD models to simulate fire growth and smoke movement. * Apply simulations to complex buildings and large infrastructure (including underground stations). * Perform ASET/RSET assessments and tenability analyses. * Assist to optimize smoke control, exhaust, and natural ventilation designs Engineering Design & Documentation * Provide input into detailed CFD modelling methodology and results reports. * Contribute to comprehensive Fire Engineering Briefs (FEB) and Reports (FER). * Translate complex data into clear visual outputs for non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute towards the develop performance-based fire safety engineering solutions Project & Stakeholder Management * Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and structural teams. * Prepare documentation and images to aid the Project Leader to liaise with fire authorities and independent peer reviewers to secure approvals. * Manage modelling workflows to meet strict project deadlines and budgets.   Qualifications * Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Fire, Mechanical or Civil (for discussions based upon the individuals’ qualifications and experience). Experience, Skills and Organisational Knowledge * 3+ years of dedicated CFD modelling experience in fire engineering. * Primary Software: Expert in FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) and PyroSim. * Evacuation Modelling: Experience with Pathfinder and or buildingEXODUS * Strong grasp of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and combustion principles. * knowledge of building codes and fire safety standards. * Clear verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
