We are currently seeking a Fire Extinguisher Shop Technician to join our growing team in Pocatello, ID.This is an entry-level role with training provided for the right, committed candidate. What You'll Do Inspect and test fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems Perform annual inspections on extinguishers Conduct semi-annual inspections on suppression systems Diagnose and repair suppression systems as needed Document findings and report any safety concerns or deficiencies We have a standard Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule, but must be willing to occasionally come in early or stay late when workload requires it. Requirements What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and commitment to learning and growth Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) Basic comfort with mobile apps and iPads for digital reporting Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Comfort using hand tools and battery-powered tools Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Bonus if you have: Prior experience in fire protection, construction, or maintenance (not required!)
