About the Role The Fire Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fire systems across Ford Australia and New Zealand operations. This includes the maintenance, inspection, testing, and compliance of fire protection systems, as well as emergency preparedness, emergency response planning, and fire safety training. The role also provides specialist support to the Regional Security Manager and collaborates with teams across the ASEAN markets (Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines) to support regional fire and safety initiatives and ensure consistent standards and best practices. This position reports directly to the Regional Security Manager and is based on site at our International Markets Groups (IMG) product development centre in Broadmeadow's, Melbourne, Victoria.
