Job Details Job Location: Arizona Corporate Office - Phoenix, AZ 85044 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary Travel Percentage: Up to 50% The Project Manager is a Fire Protection Subject Matter Expert for our clients and is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the project and for the coordination of on-site project activities. The Project Manager provides an interface between the TFS team and client contacts and provides program management technical expertise to the project team. The Project Manager owns the project from kick-off to closeout and oversees successful execution and completion of the project, utilizing management software for project documentation, issue tracking and communication, as well as maintaining on-time deliverables and budget. Your Opportunity Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Evaluate validity of change orders from contractors and advise as needed Conduct on-site and virtual project coordination meetings with the project team and contractors Facilitate communication with the team to produce accurate and thorough responses to issues as they arise Respond and provide technical details and specifications to Request for Information during bid and construction phases. Oversees and directs all phases of a project Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications Research and locate potential vendors as needed Prepare request for proposals and issue to vendors Review vendor contracts Conduct pre-construction meetings (on-site or virtual) with the installing contractors Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time Respond questions, issues and provide technical details and specifications during bid and construction phases. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Degree is required 2 years college or specialized training is required 4-year college degree, preferred (Project Management, Engineering Construction or other related field with an emphasis on Fire Protection) CFPS preferred 10+ years in fire protection preferred 5 years of Project Management experience is required PMP Certification, preferred Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
