Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager with strong sales capabilities to lead fire protection projects from concept through completion while driving new business growth. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands fire protection systems, estimating, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage fire protection projects (sprinkler systems, suppression systems, etc.) from bid through closeout Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business Interpret drawings, specs, and NFPA codes/standards Assist with system layout and design coordination Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, field, fabrication) Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability Participate in estimating, proposals, and sales strategy Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience) Bonus: Performance-based (sales + project profitability) Car Allowance Expense Account Opportunity to grow within a well-established, award-winning contractor Why This Role Work with a respected fire protection contractor with a strong track record in STL Blend of technical + sales = higher earning potential Direct impact on project success and company growth Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fire protection, sprinkler systems, or related construction trades Experience with system layout/design (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or similar preferred) Strong understanding of NFPA standards and code compliance Proven ability in client-facing roles, estimating, or sales Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills
