Description Essential Functions Directly coordinates with field regarding project production, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance. Develops and assists in the scheduling of work to ensure timely completion. Reviews in-progress designs generated by team member for accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of product. Mobilizes and de-mobilizes sites as applicable. Reviews plans and specifications to determine scope of work. Generates rough order magnitude job cost analysis. Coordinates and conducts site visits and generates subsequent site visit reports. Also attends in-progress design reviews, pre-construction meetings and in-progress site visits as applicable. Skillfully communicates with client/subcontractors. Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate and manage all active installation/contract jobs Coordinate project milestones with internal departments, such as estimating, design, purchasing, fabrication, and installation Lead internal project meetings, including those focused on project kickoff, job progress, design coordination, fabrication scheduling, budget-to-actual hours, etc. Oversee and communicate project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper handover of job information and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle Attend job site meetings as the company representative with customers or project stakeholders, such as general contractors Lead coordination of project close-out/commissioning with authorities, owners, architects/engineers, and contractors Track, manage, and approve all contract change orders Maintain accurate project progress/completion reports and ensure logs and documentation are updated Use ERP systems to manage job performance Review job plans and stock-lists/cut-sheets to improve job efficiency Conduct site visits to monitor status and progression for timely project completion Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills, Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in project management Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems is required Experience planning and executing commercial projects ranging from $100k to $5MM Proven ability to problem-solve and work through project challenges Experience utilizing project management software Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong adherence to deadlines Proven use of effective project management techniques to enhance job performance across all stages Self-starter with strong initiative and leadership skills Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to facilitate project meetings Requirements Benefits: · 401(k) matching · Dental insurance · Employee discount · Health insurance (Free plan for one individual employee) · Life insurance- $20,000 life insurance after 6 months · Paid time off · Parental leave · Referral program · Relocation assistance · Vision insurance · 8 paid holidays
