As part of our team you must be a good communicator with the highest regard for customer service. We use our bespoke Fire Risk Management System to maintain our client’s fire safety and a software bases system to complete service reports.
You will also need to be a keen and enthusiastic individual that can fit into a work hard culture, willing to go the extra mile, be self motivated and be an ambassador for the company.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

• Must have good computer literacy (tablet & on-line service report systems)
• Customer service skills and a strong verbal communicator
• Electrical & PAT testing experience an advantage
• Good work ethic to attendance, time keeping and productiveness
• Organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative
• A quick learner who can follow written and verbal procedures
• Full clean driving license is required
• Applicants with a valid CSR & Electrical card would benefit
• English & Maths GCSE gradeC` or above is preferred
