REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems.
• Relevant qualifications (FIA, BAFE, or equivalent) or significant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, be confident working independently, and have a professional, customer-focused approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service, maintain, and repair fire and security systems for commercial clients.
• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of systems and equipment.
• Deliver clear guidance and excellent customer service to clients.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required.
