JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and residential projects. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and demonstrate leadership qualities while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the fire protection industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using IT applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office software.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timeframes.
  • Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes including LPCB, BSEN9990, BSEN9251 and BSEN12845
  • Be able to confidently read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
  • Proven experience conducting site surveys, attending client meetings and involvement in site installations
  • A valid driver’s licence is required for travel between job sites.
