We are currently seeking motivated, career minded professionals for the positions of Fire Sprinkler Designer and Design Trainee. Responsibilities include design of projects per customer needs, AHJ requirements, and company standards including site surveys, layout of piping and sprinklers, preparation of shop drawings using Autocad based industry software, hydraulic calculations, submittals, field coordination, material listing, and coordination with field personnel.
Ideal candidate for Designer would have at least 2 years of current experience in fire sprinkler design, hydraulic calculation, and Autocad drafting, and strong knowledge and understanding of fire codes and local agency ordinances, as well as strong computer and communication skills.
Additional position available for entry level Design Trainee. Knowledge of Autocad preferred.
