Our client is a well-respected and established fire protection company. They are seeking a full-time Fire Sprinkler Manager to join their team in Scarborough, Ontario.
The Fire Sprinkler Manager oversees aspects of fire sprinkler system operations, including installation, maintenance, inspections, and compliance. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting regulatory standards and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in fire protection services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and fire protection codes
  • The right technician would have their 427A red seal sprinkler fitter
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Managing fire sprinkler system installations and service projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising technicians, assigning tasks, and providing training and performance feedback.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all work adheres to codes, local regulations, and insurance standards.
  • Client Coordination: Communicating with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Reviewing system designs, hydraulic calculations, and ensuring proper flow and pressure levels.
  • Reporting: Tracking project metrics, profitability, and preparing operational performance reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to optimize service delivery.
