Referral Bonuses. What you need: Three to five (3-5) years of experience in inspections of fire suppression systems. Exhibit leadership skills with hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating employees. Coordinate work of various departments and multiple projects to meet deadlines, customer service, and employee needs while complying with state and local building and safety codes. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals regarding work procedures, schedules, complaints, and construction problems. Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Eagerness for professional development and growth. Ability to pass various background checks. Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle. Desirable (but not required) NICET Level I certification. What you will do: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the service of fire suppression systems. Participate in the conceptual development of service plan and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and completion. Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies. VSC Fire and Security is a drug free workplace.
