Why Join Us Full-time, Monday-Friday salaried role Competitive pay: $90,000-$99,000 + paid training/certifications Company vehicle, tools, and travel expenses covered Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, EAP, RRSP matching On-call premium potential & annual profit-sharing Supportive team culture & career growth opportunities Your Role Mobile repairs, maintenance & installation of sprinkler systems across BC Industrial & special hazard suppression work (Kidde, Ansul, Clean Agent, water-based systems) Inspect, install & service fire protection equipment, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting (ASTT asset) Maintain tools, vehicles & equipment to company standards Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer, FM & NFPA guidelines Track & manage inventory on service trucks & site trailers Participate in on-call rotation and support inside service work as needed Maintain & update manufacturer/jurisdictional certifications Attend Kidde, Ansul & Fogmaker VFSS training Complete accurate logs, work orders & digital reports Follow all mine & customer safety regulations; report hazards/incidents immediately Represent the company professionally on-site You Bring Red Seal Certification (required) ASTT Certification (required) Sprinkler Fitter Certification (required) 2+ years relevant mechanical/electrical experience Vehicle suppression system experience (Kidde, Ansul, Fogmaker) is an asset Experience servicing fire extinguishers (powder & cartridge) Strong customer service & communication skills Comfortable with mobile devices & digital reporting tools Clean driver’s abstract Able to pass drug & alcohol testing and background check Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching & ladder work Walking, stair climbing & standing for extended periods Application & Hiring Process Levitt-Safety may use AI-enabled tools to support the screening and assessment of applications.
