Description Fire Sprinkler Warehouse Support Team Member Full-Time | Salt Lake City, UT State Fire is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Warehouse Support team member to support our sprinkler service operations in Salt Lake City. This role is critical to keeping our service teams equipped, organized, and productive. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through, and is looking for a stable, long-term position. About the Role This position supports our sprinkler service technicians by managing parts, materials, and inventory from the warehouse to the job site. You’ll work closely with the sprinkler manager and service team to ensure jobs are properly stocked, parts are tracked accurately, and the warehouse remains clean and organized. We’re looking for someone who values consistency and accountability, and who understands that strong operational support directly impacts job quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Order sprinkler service parts as needed Pull and stage parts for upcoming jobs and coordinate materials with the service team Update and track parts using Service Job Sheets and ServiceTrade Serve as a parts runner to support field technicians and job site requirements when necessary Receive, put away, and reconcile parts returned from job sites Perform inventory management, including stocking bin locations, restocking, sorting, and resolving discrepancies Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the warehouse Perform other duties as assigned by the Sprinkler Manager Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Comfort working in a warehouse and job-support environment Fork lift certified preferred, or ability to obtain Interest in building long-term stability with a growing company This role is best suited for candidates looking for steady, full-time work and an opportunity to become a reliable part of an established service team.
