Job Title: Remedials Works Operations Manager
Location: Bristol
Reports To: Managing Director
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000
Our client are looking for a Remedials Works Operations Manager to take ownership of fire safety remedial projects, ensuring top-quality Fire Damper Replacements & Firestopping requirements. You’ll manage the remedial projects, site teams, compliance, and lead the charge in maintaining high standards. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of managing site-based projects & staff.
• IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable).
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
• UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to obtain DBS and security clearance.
• Experience working in prisons or high-security sites (desirable).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Hybrid Role – Mix of office & home/site hours

• Take full control of project management and service delivery for the Fire Damper Remedial Projects.
• Ensure all works meet BS 9999, BESA DW145 Regulations.
• Managing Mechanical & Firestopping Technicians—including HR responsibilities.
• Oversee staff training & companies accreditation for Mechanical & Firestopping services.
• Co-ordinate site inspections, competency checks, and audits.
• Work with internal teams & clients to resolve project challenges.
• Oversee project documentation.
