We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Division Manager to lead our Fire Suppression System and Extinguisher Division with integrity, accountability, and strategic vision.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Division Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, compliance, and performance of our Fire Suppression and Extinguisher services. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures regulatory alignment, and fosters team cohesion across service delivery, scheduling, and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience testing, inspecting & installing Pre-engineered Fire Suppression Systems
  • Strong knowledge of extinguisher servicing, and applicable codes
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NFPA, CSA, MFG Training) preferred or willingness to obtain
