FIRE SYSTEM SERVICE & INSPECTION MANAGER - LEAD WITH SAFETY AND PRECISION

Location: Central New Jersey
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service & Inspection Manager to oversee scheduling, compliance, customer service, and team performance. • Lead and support service technicians and inspectors for fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Manage daily service and inspection schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee staffing levels, vehicle fleet, and resource allocation.
• Handle escalated customer issues, coordinate emergency responses, and manage on-call rotations.
• Review inspection reports, track deficiencies, and prepare repair proposals.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Develop processes to convert installation clients into inspection/service opportunities.
• Manage budgets, track profitability, and oversee department performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
