Your main objective is testing and surveying of fire systems, emergency lighting and Building Warrant of Fitness Inspection to the current New Zealand Standard requirements while maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskilling What you will do: Effectively undertake work and to fully utilise the Company’s resources and exceed customer expectations Communicate and liaise with the supervisor to ensure efficient undertaking of all work Maintain a high level of service Ensure company property in their charge such as materials, plant, tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition Maintain a tidy area in the vicinity of the Fire sprinkler valve room and fire system control panels Ensure timekeeping and timesheets are as required and accurate Maintain safe practices including tools as required by the EH&S regulations To notify the supervisor or manager of any safety hazards in the working environment How you will do it: Participate in training provided by the Company and outside sources to keep abreast and ahead of developments in the industry and to improve your own skills Demonstration of enthusiasm towards products and services both used and provided by the company Positive attitudes, loyalty, and enthusiasm towards the Company objectives What we look for? Responsibilities
