About this role: Due to continued growth within the region, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technician or Team Leader who is looking to build their career in the Fire industry. The position will entail Operations, Contracts and Account Management. The role will focus on the Mid north Coast and we are open to the role being based in Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie. You will provide leadership to a team of Technicians, overseeing the day-to-day activities and customer relationship management. What you will do: Hands on role, leading the field team to achieve operational KPIs Drive operational excellence Customer account management and business development. Support Service Team Manager with Asset management. Support Account Manager with monthly reporting and L&M forecasting. Approves time sheets, purchase orders, change orders and credits. Complies work programs and review for accuracy, adequacy and feasibility. Manage sub-contractors Prepare quotes and review/approve technician quotes. People development – training and development of Technicians What are we looking for: Relevant industry fire trade license and five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. People management experience Proven management skills in achieving results, including financial, goal setting, planning and review Demonstrates strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
