Key Responsibilities Emergency Response * Respond to emergency situations in line with operational procedures to protect life and property. * Perform firefighting, rescue, and lifesaving duties during major aircraft incidents or domestic incidents. * Mobilise appropriate resources efficiently and safely. * Maintain clear communication with Sector or Incident Command throughout incidents.   Operational Readiness * Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and assessments. * Ensure all operational equipment, vehicles, PPE, and firefighting systems are maintained to required standards. * Support internal and external audits by ensuring full compliance with operational procedures.   Teamwork & Collaboration * Work effectively with colleagues and external responders, demonstrating respect, clear communication, and adaptability. * Create and contribute to an inclusive, positive team environment. * Share knowledge, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of others.   Continuous Improvement & Safety * Promote safe working practices and uphold all safety management systems. * Recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of emergency response and operational delivery. * Take responsibility for the quality of your work and actively engage in continuous learning.   What Makes You Successful in This Role?
