REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years Gas Safe certification
• Proven experience in fireplace installation (gas, electric, and surrounds)
• Solid fuel installation experience is a plus
• HETAS registration is a bonus
• Full UK driving licence
• Up-to-date Gas Safe registration
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gas Safe Fireplace Installation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing a wide range of fireplaces in customers’ homes, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with current regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install gas and electric fires, full fireplaces (limestone, marble, wood)
• Carry out plastering and finishing work
• Install solid fuel systems (advantageous)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Attend pre-booked appointments and occasional showroom-based tasks
