Job Description As the Fireplace Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, rescheduling fireplace service appointments, printing trip sheets as well as verifying material are ready for upcoming appointments. As well as providing support to our Installation and Service technicians for our Fireplace Division. Effective verbal and written communication skills will be crucial in the success of this role, as you work directly with our customers, fireplace installers, fireplace service techs, managers, and sales team to help address the billing questions and rescheduling of appointments along with fielding customer calls regarding their appointments. In addition, you will: * Work with our transaction software, Infor/SXE and our dispatch software. * Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure efficiency in the day-to-day tasks. * Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment with many competing priorities. Job Requirements: * 1+ years of experience with customer service in the building/contractor industry, is preferred. * Experience with Fireplace sales, service, installation would be highly beneficial. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook. * Working knowledge of Infor/SXE experience would be beneficial. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Confident with communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. * Works well in a team environment. * Experience in scheduling/dispatch would be optimal but not required. Work Environment: * Constant work performed in a climate-controlled environment. Physical Demands: * Frequent work performed in a sedentary position. * Occasional work performed while standing. * Must be able to lift, bend, stop, and kneel on occasion. Rio Grande Co.
