The CSR are seeking a highly skilled Fire Proofing Manager to join our clients dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fireproofing techniques and materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fireproofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate fireproofing needs and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop fireproofing strategies.
  • Train and supervise fireproofing staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fireproofing within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fireproofing materials and application methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in fire safety or construction management are a plus
