We are looking a Permanent Firewall Inspector for our Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts
The role of the Firewall Inspector is to validate production products and processes in accordance with customer, regulatory and BCW BMS requirements.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Excellent Interpersonal skills / Communication skills
• The ability to work Pro-actively whilst multi-tasking and within a team environment in an organised manner, under pressure and methodically to meet organisation’s standards and turnaround times.
• Interpretation of 2D Engineering Drawing.
• Basic Knowledge of manual inspection equipment and methods.
• Proven experience of successfully working within a manufacturing focused environment which incorporated elements of:
• Production and manufacturing processes and techniques
  Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
  This is a permanent position, uniform will be provided
  The rate of pay is £12.30
  Shift allowance for applicable hours is paid at time and a 1/6th
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.30 per hour
  Expected hours: 37.5 per week

ROLE OBJECTIVE

• Mechanical and visual inspection of finished production parts in accordance with customer requirements and BCW approved inspection processes and methods.
• Proprietary and in process inspection of production parts in accordance with customer requirements and BCW approved inspection methods.
• Compliance with customer and regulatory quality requirements
• Meet production OEE & SQCDIP targets and support continual improvement initiatives.
