CLIENT SUPPORT

  • Follow up on client tasks and checklists
  • Gather and organize client documents and records
  • Arrange for pickups/drop-offs of physical paperwork (some local errands)
  • Handle client communications in a timely, professional way
  • Assist with basic client HR tasks
    What We’re Looking For:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of current work in a similar role.

STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Comfortable with advanced Excel (form creation, not just data entry), Word, Adobe Pro, Docusign, and Calendly for appointment scheduling.
Experience with any of the following is an asset: Karbon, Accounting Software, SharePoint, OneDrive, DropBox, Timely, Zoom, Teams
