JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in firmware, BIOS, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration.
• Familiarity with Intel ME/AMT or similar firmware platforms is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Perform issue analysis related to Intel ME/AMT (Manageability Engine / Active Management Technology) solutions across host systems, docking stations, and BIOS environments.
• Learn and keep up to date with Intel platform-related technologies, including EMA (Endpoint Management Assistant) servers and vPro AMT over Dock.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and security updates of Intel ME firmware.
• Coordinate and communicate firmware-related topics with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
