What you'll bring to the team Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our First Aid team! In this role you will oversee the daily operations of the First Aid department, ensuring excellent care for guests and staff across the resort. You’ll lead, develop, and support the First Aid team, managing rotas, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service and safety. Working closely with the Security and Incident Manager, you’ll ensure effective incident response, accurate reporting, and compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding procedures. You’ll handle recruitment, inductions, and welfare support, fostering a positive and professional team culture. In addition, you’ll manage departmental budgets responsibly, drive operational improvements, and act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, providing strong leadership and coordination during resort operations. Qualifications & Experience Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification (3-day FAW). Previous leadership or management experience in a first aid or emergency response environment. Previous experience working with children. Extended First Response Qualifications (e.g. FREC3), would be desirable. Due to the nature of the role applicants need to be over 18 years old.
