About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, engaging First Aid Trainer & Assessor to deliver accredited first aid training to individuals and groups. You’ll facilitate practical sessions, assess competency, and inspire learners to feel confident in emergency response situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on first aid training sessions (including CPR, basic life support, and emergency response)
- Assess participant competency in line with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Provide feedback, guidance, and support to learners
- Maintain accurate training records and complete required documentation

- Travel to various client sites as needed

About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) – desirable
-willing to train those who are currently enrolled in the TAE course if you are an Enrolled Nurse/Registered nurse/paramedic or other qualified health professional
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- Industry experience in first aid, healthcare, emergency services, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Friendly, approachable, and supportive teaching style
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

- Driver’s licence and own transport
