Description
The role requires the individual to lead, plan, coordinate, and control SAH First Choice initiatives and DMAIC/DMADV projects aimed at enhancing customer touchpoints, optimizing business processes, and increasing customer satisfaction and productivity. This position involves strategically driving the deployment of initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture, and executing effective project management processes. The individual will also oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 QMS & GDP and ensure comprehensive documentation across various processes. Additionally, the role includes leading Power Platform digitalization efforts to enhance automation and operational efficiency. By aligning these efforts with business priorities, the individual will contribute to adding value to DHL's service offerings and driving overall organizational success. Responsibilities Lead, develop, implement and manage SAH deployment of First Choice in conjunction with SAH Senior Management Team and Regional First Choice Office/APEC First Choice Project Management Office. Strategically drive the deployment of the First Choice initiative, coaching and managing SAH teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and activities. Actively participate in and contribute to various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and facilitate DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) initiatives, ensuring a consistent methodology and high-quality deliverables across all projects. Manage related activities and ad hoc projects, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Lead and support digitalization initiatives utilizing Power Platform to enhance automation, boost productivity, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes through innovative digital solutions. Execute project management processes (structure, planning, control, change assessment, reporting, and conclusion). Provide regular progress reports on project status, outcomes, and visibility to stakeholders. Actively participate in other HUB and functional project initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvements and operational efficiencies. Analyze and synthesize project outcomes, and draw strategic insights in aid of strategy development / refinement. Conduct ad hoc analyses as required to support decision-making. Create, maintain, and review comprehensive documentation across various processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, plan and conduct internal audits, management review, context analysis workshop and facilitate external audits. Support other external audits where required Lead the implementation and maintenance of GDP (Good Distribution Practices) compliance and certification, plan and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits Prepare monthly management reports on First Choice initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Prepare quarterly town hall presentation slides for First Choice, to communicate key information, insights or progress updates (e.g. Certification Journey) to stakeholders Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or related discipline. Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Minimum 4 years work experience, with at least 3 years’ experience within a large MNC. At least 3 years’ experience in project management and business processes improvement. At least 2 years of consulting / professional services experience, preferably in a similar role like Six Sigma Black/Green Belts. Certified Black or Green Belt will be preferred. Experience in conducting Lean/DMAIC training workshop is a plus. Experience in Power Platform development and training is a plus. Certification or experience in ISO 9001 is a plus. Proven expertise in documentation practices, including the ability to create, maintain, and review documentation for various processes and projects.
