ABOUT THE ROLE

First Class Lounge Host at Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To attend all location meetings as required.
  • To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
  • To act as a positive ambassador for the business.
  • To attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Sodexo Management.
  • To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen / service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered.
  • To follow objectives set by management and use the training given when necessary.
    The Ideal Candidate

Main Responsibilities

  • To be able to present the menu to customers and is familiar to all dishes.
  • To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
  • To ensure all counters are set up to the agreed standard and specification.
  • To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • To ensure the dining area is kept clean.
  • To provide refills of water and other beverages
  • To be able to accommodate customers’ needs and questions
