Job Description As a First Cook at Fairmont, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and ensuring that every meal served meets the Fairmont brand's high standards. Rate of Pay: $22.04/hour Job Duties Include: Review the daily production sheets with the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef and prepare the food items in accordance with Fairmont standards Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency Monitor food presentation, ensuring that all dishes are plated attractively and meet quality standards. Follow all safety, health, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
