Prepare and cook dishes consistently and on time

Help plan and present food with the Chef/Chef de Cuisine

Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards

Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and up to health & safety standards

Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues
*
Assist with food inventory, ordering, and storage
*
Reduce waste by following proper food handling and storage practices
*
Participate in daily team meetings and other tasks as needed
