Description General Purpose of Job The First Impression Specialist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors front desk activity, which includes, greeting visitors, and providing information about Edfinancial Services. The position is crucial for ensuring that all guests and employees feel valued and welcomed from the moment the arrive. Duties and Responsibilities (Daily and Monthly) • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. • Makes a POSITIVE difference every day! • Responsible for the security of workstation and work area regarding the confidentiality of the data and the systems. • Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY. • Provide front desk coverage for our facilities. • Order flower arrangements for employees as requested. • Maintain open communication with the leadership team. • Coordinate the employee referral and bonus programs and pay outs. • Annual employee review tracking. • Maintain and track visitor log. • Maintain visitor and temporary employee badges. • Prepare all exit paperwork to be sent out to the company and mail out to separated employees. • Respond to unemployment requests. • Other duties deemed necessary.
