Responsibilities
  • Create outstanding guest experiences – whether in person, over the phone, or online, you ensure everyone is warmly welcomed and supported.
  • Answer inbound calls as the first point of contact and direct guests with professionalism and positivity.
  • Manage all dealership keys – follow key management policies and perform regular audits to ensure security and accountability.
  • Post invoices and reconcile payments – work closely with the team to ensure accuracy in financial entries and vendor transactions.
  • Track guest traffic accurately using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, supporting performance and reporting.
  • Tackle administrative tasks – from organizing documents to managing gas purchase orders, you help the branch stay sharp and efficient.
  • Maintain a clean, professional environment – take pride in ensuring the branch always looks its best.
  • Pitch in wherever needed – support your team and manager with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
