We are looking for a First Level Support employee (m/f/d). Your tasks:

Acceptance and processing of IT requests via telephone, email and ticketing system
User support for hardware and software problems
Analysis and resolution of malfunctions in first level support
Setup and support of workstations, peripheral devices and software
Documentation and tracking of support requests
More complex issues will be forwarded to second-level support. Here's what you can expect:
