We have a fantastic opportunity for a First Line Engineer to join the team in our Bristol office. Reporting into the Service Desk and Second line Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of a stable and compliant service to end-users and selected business partners. The role holder will work with colleagues in the Operations team to manage incidents and service requests logged through our Fresh IT Service management solution.
This is a varied role, and responsibilities will include providing appropriate technical support for hardware, software and networks across the business. It is a great opportunity to build on your existing capabilities, creating a culture where people want to be and do their best!
The role will also involve delivering exceptional service to all users of IT, working with internal colleagues across UK, Ireland and Canada regions and third parties in order to deliver technical services, whilst ensuring established service levels are always adhered to.
