The role will involve providing first line IT support for Hardware & Software, PCs, Laptops, WIFI and associated equipment to all users onsite as well as assisting with imaging of new equipment and installations in an educational environment.
As part of a small team, the role will involve first line interaction with pupils and staff at all levels by email, phone & face to face to provide IT support and fault finding across a multi building educational site which uses a variety of Windows and Google based hardware and software.
Hours: 37.50 per week
