First Line Maintenance Officers Kia haumaru ai taatou katoa We're FIRST Security, one of New Zealand's market leaders in security. About the role: We have permanent full-time opportunities to join our Auckland team as a First Line Maintenance officer. Predominately you will be covering first line maintenance operations; you will be responsible for ensuring New Zealand ATM fleet is online and operational and deployed to different ATM sites throughout Auckland that need repaired or servicing. This may include money jams, printer jams, card reader faults or more technical computer errors. As part of this role you could also be tasked with attending to people in the community serving non-custodial sentences via electronic monitoring equipment to ensure that they are correctly installed and the equipment is working properly. You will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly. This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.
