DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse FLM to play a vital role in planning, managing and reporting upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

• Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Implement Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviours and processes
• Conduct incident investigations within the workplace and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to
• Understand Health and Safety related risks in your area, and take actions to eliminate or minimize these risks according to an agreed plan
• Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies take place
