ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with a passion for the tech industry to join our Salon Tracker team!
You will primarily be helping to provide support to our customers with any software issues they may have, whilst maintaining successful relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats and emails for support issues
  • Logging tickets to manage all incidents, service requests and escalations raised by internal customers or external partners
  • Manage and pro-actively ensure that timely and appropriate updates are communicated back to customers
  • Review existing tickets and ensure these are followed up on
  • Testing new features/releases of the software
  • Setup hardware for customer orders
  • Project work
