Description

A modern classic 40m SY is seeking a First Mate to join them in Spain prior to the summer season. This is a well established, private, dual season program and runs with 5 crew. Candidates will hold a min Yacht Master offshore and have prior experience running the deck independently. Must be comfortable holding a navigational watch and working well as a team. They have a generally well structured itinerary which allows for good forward planning. They have a healthy and active crew, and hoping to find someone to compliment this dynamic, Qualifications required: Yacht master min Itinerary: Caribbean- Med Male/female: Male DTCA Startdate and joining location: January TBC Package: DOE

Responsibilities

The First Mate will be responsible for running the deck independently and holding a navigational watch as part of a small, established crew on a 40m Superyacht. The role requires working well within the existing team dynamic.
