Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mercy Community Family and Child Connect (FaCC) program has an opportunity for a motivated and passionate First Nations Family Response Facilitator to join our team. This is a Permanent, Full-time position, based in Caboolture (covering the Moreton Bay region).
You will engage with families and a wide variety of service providers to facilitate vital connections to supports for those families within the Moreton Bay region. This role involves delivering quality services to children, young people, families, and the community within the Family and Child Connect Service through assessment and recommendation culturally appropriate responses.
