This is a permanent, full-time role from day one, designed to build capability, confidence and long-term career pathways. You’ll work on real client engagements while contributing to purpose-led initiatives that support Indigenous businesses and communities. About the Program As a First Nations Graduate, you will: Work on live client projects within your chosen service line Contribute to meaningful work that may support Indigenous businesses and community initiatives Build strong technical foundations aligned to your degree Develop core professional skills including communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement Join a national network of First Nations professionals and allies From your first week, you’ll be part of a team, contributing to real deliverables and gaining exposure to clients, senior leaders and complex business challenges. Program Eligibility Our First Nations Graduate Program is right for you if: You are of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent You have completed (or are completing) an undergraduate or postgraduate degree You are eligible to work in Australia Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
