Job Requisition ID: 41079  Our First Nations Graduate Program is designed for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students who are ready to launch their career with meaningful, real-world experience in a leading professional services environment. This is a permanent, full-time role from day one, designed to build capability, confidence and long-term career pathways. You’ll work on real client engagements while contributing to purpose-led initiatives that support Indigenous businesses and communities.   About the Program As a First Nations Graduate, you will: Work on live client projects within your chosen service line Contribute to meaningful work that may support Indigenous businesses and community initiatives Build strong technical foundations aligned to your degree Develop core professional skills including communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement Join a national network of First Nations professionals and allies From your first week, you’ll be part of a team, contributing to real deliverables and gaining exposure to clients, senior leaders and complex business challenges. As a Graduate, you may: Support client engagements through research, analysis and structured problem-solving Prepare reports, insights and recommendations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders Build commercial understanding across industries Structured Support & Cultural Mentoring We understand that starting your career is a significant transition, and that culturally safe support matters.
